If your too far away from us, we will ship the unit to you and we have installers that will work with your framers, installers, electrians & plumbers to answer any questions they may have on installing your particular fireplace
In the past we have always worked on all brands of gas fireplaces. This year we're having to change that policy. We will always work on our fireplaces and any customer that we have ever serviced in the past. All homeowners that have purchased a fireplace within the last 3 years elsewhere will need to contact the store that sold them their fireplace. Homeowners that are not sure what brand of fireplace they have or where the fireplace was purchased can call me and I'll be glad to see if it's a unit we can service and add you to our customer list or point your in the right direction if it's not. We're having to do this to make more time to service our loyal customers in a more timely manner during the cold winter months.
