If you are needing just fireplace accessories, our accessory room has a big variety, from grates, to cleaners, to fireplace rugs! 

We strive to take care of our customers that have purchased units from us in a timely manner. Since fall and winter months are very hectic, yearly cleanings are best scheduled during summer through September if possible for quicker service. 

Existing Customers: 

•  Please note if Invoice was in your name or contractors name. 
  

New Customers: 

• We only service homes with gas fireplaces 10 years or older. If a new home, you will have to contact the company the fireplace was purchased from.
•  We no longer service Desa, Tempco, or Marco 
•  We are limited to the number of service calls we can do during the winter months that were not purchased from us.
